Ms. McCarthy has been affiliated with Stanwich Advisors since 2003 and is responsible for maintaining key Limited Partner relationships in Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Norway, and the Netherlands. In 2003, Ms. McCarthy founded Fastnet Capital Inc., a boutique investment bank that provides fund placement and advisory services to private equity firms in Europe. Prior to founding Fastnet, Ms. McCarthy worked with Mr. Daugherty, Mr. Long, and Ms. Seaver as a Director in the Deutsche Bank/BT Alex. Brown Private Fund Group, where she was responsible for fund distribution in Northern Europe. Ms. McCarthy has raised capital for over 30 firms, successfully introducing European, U.S., Japanese and Israeli firms to investors across Europe. Ms. McCarthy is a graduate of Colgate University and received an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
